Dil Foods (Dil Brands) is a food-tech company building and operating virtual food brands that cater to India's everyday meal needs. We partner with small and medium-sized restaurants to help them maximize their existing kitchen capacity and grow their business without significant additional investment.
We're looking for a creative, curious marketer who thinks beyond just making creatives, someone who understands the impact a campaign can create. This is a role for someone who wants to build brands, not just manage a content calendar.
About the Role:
- Own campaigns end-to-end, from idea, to content, to on-ground execution, to impact
- Build and run the social content strategy across our brands: what we post, why, and how it ladders up to brand positioning
- Get behind (and in front of) the camera ,shoot, direct, and edit content when needed; you're comfortable being both the planner and the creator
- Plan and execute offline activations, stalls, pop-ups, brand experiences, and events — with the same rigor as a digital campaign
- Spot trends early and react fast with sharp, relevant content
- Coordinate shoots, shoot days, and vendors/agencies with agility and attention to detail
- Partner closely with our influencer marketing to make sure content, campaigns, and creator activity all pull in the same direction
We are looking for someone who is:
- A quick learner with strong instincts for culture, food, and storytelling
- Hands-on, proactive, and excited to experiment , someone who'd rather test something small than debate it in a deck
- UG or PG degree in Marketing or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (brand, content, or on-ground marketing)
