Job Title : Marketing Manager

Institute : NET's - Navodaya Medical College Hospital and Research Centre

Location : Raichur Karnataka

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Marketing Manager to drive patient footfall growth and strengthen the outreach network of Navodaya Medical College Hospital & Research Centre. The ideal candidate should have strong local market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of government healthcare schemes and patient facilitation processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Outreach & Footfall Generation

  • Promote hospital services, specialties, OPD, IPD, and diagnostic facilities
  • Regular Doctors Meet and feedback to their previous referral patients
  • Maintaining a good rapo with referring doctors and Influencers
  • Increase patient visits through field marketing and community engagement like ABARK Arogyamitras, Govt Employees associations, Corporates companies etc.
  • Follow up on patients referred from health camps and outreach programs

2. Health Camps & Community Activities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute health camps (general & specialty)
  • Liaise with RMPs, NGOs, PHCs, ASHA workers, Anganwadi staff, and local influencers
  • Ensure post-camp patient conversion and tracking

3. Referral & Doctor Coordination

  • Build and maintain relationships with:
  • RMPs, local doctors, and clinics
  • Government health staff and scheme coordinators
  • Coordinate with hospital doctors for specialty camps, CMEs, and doctor meets

4. Government & Insurance Schemes

  • Promote schemes such as:
  • Ayushman Bharat/Arogya Karnataka (ABARK)
  • Yeshashwini
  • KASS, Corporates insurances, Industries and surrounding corporate companies.
  • Guide patients on eligibility and referral process
  • Coordinate with scheme desk and departments for smooth admissions

5. Marketing & Promotional Activities

  • Conduct door-to-door IEC activities (flyers, pamphlets)
  • Organize influencer meets, RMP meetings, and awareness programs
  • Support social media promotion by sharing testimonials, camp updates, and success stories

6. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain daily activity reports and field visit logs
  • Track OPD/IP conversions, surgery referrals, and camp outcomes
  • Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to management

Requirements

  • : MBA in Marketing, or related Fie
  • ldPrior experience in hospital marketing, healthcare business development, patient counseling, or healthcare outreach is preferre
  • d.Strong understanding of Ayushman Bharat, Yashaswini, Ayush, ABHA, and other government healthcare scheme
  • s.Fluency in Kannada is mandatory. Knowledge of Telugu will be an added advantag
  • e.Excellent networking, communication, and interpersonal skill
  • s.Willingness to travel locally for field visits and outreach activitie
