Hiring Mathematics Master Teachers (Grades 6–10) – IIT/NIT graduates preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, concept-driven live online classes for students from Grades 6 to 10.
• Design and develop interactive lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials.
• Use digital tools to explain complex mathematical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
• Track student performance and provide detailed feedback and academic support.
• Collaborate with the academic and content teams to improve course delivery and learning outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest curriculum changes and EdTech best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Background: B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc in Mathematics or a related field. (IIT/NIT graduates preferred.)
• Experience:Minimum 4+ years of teaching experience, preferably in the EdTech industry.
• Strong subject expertise in Mathematics for Grades 6–10 (CBSE/ICSE/State Boards).
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and digital whiteboard tools.
• Ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts and make learning engaging.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Student-centric approach with strong empathy and patience

Preferred

• Experience creating or curating educational video content.
• Prior experience with leading EdTech platforms.
