About The Role

We're looking for a creative professional who excels in both video editing and graphic design. If you're passionate about creating engaging visual content, have a strong design sense, and can manage projects from concept to delivery, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing (50%)

• Edit short-form and long-form videos including Reels, YouTube videos, event highlights, and promotional content.
• Perform color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and final video exports.
• Deliver high-quality content within tight deadlines.
  
  

Graphic Design (50%)

• Design social media creatives, posters, flyers, banners, marketing collateral, and branding materials.
• Create visually consistent assets aligned with brand guidelines.
• Develop templates and creative assets for digital and offline campaigns.
  
  

Collaboration & Production

• Organize and manage creative assets, footage, and project files.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team from ideation to final delivery.
• Ensure consistency, creativity, and quality across all visual content.
  
  

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in video editing and graphic design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both video and design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of After Effects, Motion Graphics, and Figma is a plus.
• Understanding of color grading, sound design, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with fitness, sports, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
• Interest in outdoor sports or active lifestyle brands.
• Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
