Job Description: .Net Senior Developer – Lead Programmer Analyst (Exp: 5 - 8 Years)

We are looking for 5- 8 Years of highly skilled and experienced .Net Developer to join our team as a Lead Programmer Analyst to design, develop, and maintain applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and deliver high performance, reliability, and scalability. The role also includes creating Power BI reports, managing deployments, troubleshooting issues, and providing user support.

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Telecommunications, or another relevant technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles related to:
• Data bases: SQL Server, Oracle
• Data Visualization: Power BI.
• APIs: Interaction with APIs REST to extract data.
• Programming: .NET (C#), angular, Blazor, Winforms, C# design patterns
• Continuous Integration (CI)
• NICE TO HAVE: VMS Knowledge, Fortran
  
  

Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements Analysis and Technical Design:

• Analyze user stories and business requirements to produce detailed technical specifications.
• Communicate effectively with business users and technical teams to ensure requirements are met and expectations managed.
  
  

Application Development And Lifecycle Management

• Design, develop, and maintain applications across their full lifecycle
• Manage deployment of developed solutions to various environments (development, test, staging, production), ensuring smooth and reliable releases.
• Continuously maintain, troubleshoot, and improve application performance, reliability, and scalability throughout the lifecycle.
  
  

Quality Assurance And Incident Management

• Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices in version control and source management (e.g., Git).
• Investigate, resolve, and document application incidents, including bug fixing and performance issues.
  
  

Reporting And Data Analysis

• Develop reports in Power BI using application data within the scope of the role.
• Documentation and User Support
• Prepare comprehensive End-user documentation and user manuals for developed applications.
• Provide support to application users by resolving doubts, offering guidance, and ensuring optimal usage experience.
  
  

Problem-Solving And Continuous Improvement

• Apply strong problem-solving skills to deliver timely solutions to technical and operational challenges.
  
  

On-Call Support

• Be available for on duty call as required to address urgent issues or incidents.
