Over the past decade, Hector Beverages has expanded its product line to include fruit juices, coconut water, and iconic Indian beverages such as Aam panna and Jal-jeera and foods & dry fruits which includes products such as Chikki, Aam Papad, range of raw, roasted, and flavored dry fruits that includes mix of nuts, berries & seeds. The brand is synonymous with distinctive flavors and premium ingredients. Officer - Maintenance (Lead)

Key Responsibilities:

• Sound knowledge of operation and maintenance of HT, LT Panels, DG, Air Compressor, etc. utilities.
• Understanding of wiring diagrams, SLDs, etc. for implementing changes, troubleshooting, etc.
• Preventive maintenance planning and execution.
• Downtime monitoring and reduction, OEE improvements, and wastage reduction through technical interventions.
• Training operators and production team on - change management
• Hands-on experience in the maintenance of production process equipment, packing machines, utilities, and infrastructure of the factory.
• Developing and handholding of vendors in line with spares development and services.
• Ensuring critical spares availability to minimize MTTR (mean time to repair)
• Utilities and R&M cost monitoring and control against budget.
• Innovation and kaizens implementation to improve Safety, Productivity, Quality, Cost, and Moral.
• Need base traveling to vendors locations for machine trials and validations.
• Assist the superior with further investment ideas to improve upon cost levers.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of utilities and maintenance operations.
• Coordinate with colleagues on the implementation of ideas and making them live on the ground
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment history, spare parts consumption, and downtime.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports, KPIs, and management dashboards.
