We are looking for an experienced Operations Executive – Stock Broking to join our Operations team in Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day stock broking and capital market operations.
• Handle NSE, BSE, NSE F&O and Clearing Member settlement processes.
• Process client payouts, banking transactions, and internal fund transfers.
• Perform daily bank, exchange, and ledger reconciliations.
• Ensure timely exchange settlements and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with banks, clearing members, exchanges, and internal stakeholders for smooth operational activities.
• Maintain operational accuracy while adhering to strict timelines.
• Prepare operational reports and MIS as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in:
• Finance Operations
• Capital Market Operations
• Stock Broking Operations

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with NSE, BSE, NSE F&O, and Clearing Member settlement operations.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, client payout processing, and internal fund transfers.
• Experience in bank, exchange, and ledger reconciliations.
• Knowledge of exchange settlement processes and regulatory reporting.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Candidates with prior experience in:

• Mutual Fund Distribution (MFD)
