- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Must To have practical experience in PCR's, Scehma's, Wagetypes.
- Strong understanding of SAP HCM Payroll processing and compliance requirements within SAP environments.
- Experience in configuring payroll modules and integrating with other human capital management components.
- Ability to utilize standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms for application customization.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to payroll processing and system performance.
- Familiarity with release management processes and ensuring system stability during updates.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes.
- Experience with low-code platforms and APIs for application integration.
- Ability to analyze system performance and implement necessary adjustments.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- The candidate should have minimum 3-5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
- PCR's, Schema's, Wagetypes hands-on experience is must.
- This position is based at our Pune or Hyderabad office.
