Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll SME for remediation-focused engagements. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise in payroll schema and PCR development, with the ability to analyze, modify, and validate payroll logic in response to business or legislative changes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.
• Must To have practical experience in PCR's, Scehma's, Wagetypes.
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM Payroll processing and compliance requirements within SAP environments.
• Experience in configuring payroll modules and integrating with other human capital management components.
• Ability to utilize standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms for application customization.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to payroll processing and system performance.
• Familiarity with release management processes and ensuring system stability during updates.
• Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes.
• Experience with low-code platforms and APIs for application integration.
• Ability to analyze system performance and implement necessary adjustments.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

• The candidate should have minimum 3-5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
• PCR's, Schema's, Wagetypes hands-on experience is must.
• This position is based at our Pune or Hyderabad office.
