Role Description The Placement Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for managing and coordinating placement activities for learners associated with Judah Code Technologies. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with colleges, universities, and training partners to support campus placement initiatives, as well as identifying relevant job opportunities with industry partners. The role involves providing career counseling and guidance to candidates, organizing training and employability sessions, and preparing learners for interviews and selection processes. The Placement Officer will track placement outcomes, maintain accurate records, and share regular reports with internal stakeholders. This role also collaborates with training and academic teams to align curricula with industry expectations and improve overall placement effectiveness.

- Candidates should possess strong Campus Placement and employer relationship management skills.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with learners and industry partners.
- Candidates should possess Career Counseling and guidance skills to support learners in making informed career decisions.
- Candidates should possess Training and coaching abilities to conduct workshops, interview preparation, and soft skills sessions.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of the Education sector, particularly higher education and technical training environments.
- Relevant experience in placement coordination, talent acquisition, or career services is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a background in HR, Education, or Management is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and timelines.
- Proficiency in basic IT tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.
