Role Description

This full-time Power BI Developer role is based in Hyderabad and follows a hybrid work model, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The Power BI Developer will design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for business stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing data models, integrating data from multiple sources, and implementing ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability. The role also involves collaborating with business and technical teams to understand requirements, translating them into effective visualizations, and continuously improving analytics solutions. The Power BI Developer will monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to best practices for data governance and reporting standards.

Objective:

1. Gather KPI visibility requirements from transportation & warehousing teams of the business
2. Build Power BI based KPI dashboards for Transportation Control Towers for EMEA + India region.
3. Document KPI definitions and create KPI Libraries
4. Understand data & accuracy gaps and drive improvements with the scheduling and execution teams
5. Sustain improvements in the created dashboards

Train the users on dashboard functionalities

Skills Required:

1. Advanced Power BI skills, mid to senior level resource
2. Experience 4 to 5 years of building dashboards in the Supply Chain function, preferably transportation
3. Fluent communication in English
4. Independent operator, minimal guidance required to operate
