Koshys Institute of Technology, established under KGI, is seeking an experienced and visionary Principal to lead the institution's academic, administrative and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

•Provide academic and administrative leadership.

•Ensure compliance with AICTE, VTU, UGC and statutory regulations.

•Drive NAAC/NBA accreditation, quality assurance and institutional development.

•Lead faculty recruitment, mentoring and performance management.

•Oversee student development, admissions, placements and industry collaborations.

•Foster research, innovation and academic excellence.

•Manage budgets, governance and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

•Ph.D. in a relevant discipline (mandatory).

•Eligibility as per AICTE/UGC/VTU norms.

•Proven experience in academic leadership as Principal, Dean, or equivalent.

•Strong knowledge of accreditation, regulatory compliance and institutional administration.

•Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
