• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead strategic planning and execution to ensure project milestones are met within scope and timeline.
• Facilitate effective communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
• Strong knowledge of service delivery frameworks and best practices related to infrastructure management.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to drive project success and resolve operational challenges.

• Skilled in risk management and mitigation strategies within infrastructure service environments.
