Role Description The Rebar Detailer will be responsible for preparing accurate reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules based on structural and architectural plans. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting engineering and architectural drawings, creating detailed shop drawings, coordinating with design and site teams to clarify requirements, and ensuring that all rebar details align with relevant codes and project specifications. The role involves reviewing structural layouts, identifying potential detailing conflicts, and proposing practical solutions to support efficient construction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum, requiring close collaboration with engineers, project managers, and drafting personnel to deliver timely and precise documentation.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret and produce Shop Drawings with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong skills in RCC Detailing.
• Hands-on experience with Rebar detailing and bar bending schedules.
• Competence in reading and understanding Design Drawings.
• Proficiency in CAD or detailing software commonly used for rebar detailing.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to meet project deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Prior experience in infrastructure projects is an advantage.
