Role Overview

We are seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our Restaurant cum Café in Parwanoo. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth front-desk operations, greet guests warmly, and support administrative tasks to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements.
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Maintain guest records and assist with billing coordination.
• Support café/restaurant staff with scheduling and communication.
• Handle basic administrative tasks (emails, documentation, reporting).

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass; Diploma/Degree in Hospitality preferred.
• Prior experience in front-desk/reception roles (hospitality or retail).
• Strong communication skills in Hindi & English.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, POS systems).
