Beverage Trade Network (BTN) is an international B2B media, events, competitions, and technology company serving the global beverage industry. We work with wineries, breweries, distilleries, importers, distributors, retailers, and hospitality businesses across more than 100 countries.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Talent Recruiter whose sole responsibility will be to recruit exceptional talent for our expanding international telesales team.
This is not a general HR role. It is a 100% recruitment-focused position dedicated to identifying, interviewing, and hiring high-performing telesales professionals.
Your Mission
Build one of India's best international B2B telesales teams by recruiting professionals capable of selling to clients across the USA, UK, Europe, Australia, and other international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract high-quality telesales professionals.
- Create and publish job advertisements across relevant recruitment platforms.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales candidates.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable applicants.
- Conduct structured interviews to assess communication skills, sales aptitude, confidence, professionalism, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Perform reference and background checks where required.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for successful candidates.
- Continuously improve recruitment quality, speed, and hiring success rates.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Must have experience hiring international telesales professionals.
- Experience recruiting candidates who have sold to customers in the USA, UK, and European markets.
- Strong understanding of telesales hiring and sales talent assessment.
- Excellent interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to recruit multiple positions simultaneously while maintaining hiring quality.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Location and Times
This is an on-site role based in Vadodara, Gujarat.
Applicants must currently reside in Vadodara or be available to work full-time from our Vadodara office.
