Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Mumbai. The Sales Engineer will work closely with healthcare facilities to understand their needs, demonstrate CareNX's products, and provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle. Daily responsibilities include conducting product demos, supporting field sales teams, preparing proposals, and responding to technical queries from prospective and existing customers. The role also involves coordinating with internal product and support teams, ensuring smooth implementation, and offering post-sales technical support and training. The Sales Engineer will maintain detailed records of customer interactions, contribute to sales strategies, and help identify opportunities for product improvement based on client feedback.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions in clear, practical terms.
- Proven Sales and Customer Service capabilities, including experience managing client relationships and meeting sales objectives.
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.
- Background in engineering, healthcare technology, or related field; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, travel to client locations as needed, and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
- Comfort with digital health solutions, SaaS products, or healthcare IT platforms is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical, patient-centered care.
