Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will identify and engage potential customers, present furniture product features and benefits, and provide quotations and proposals aligned with customer requirements. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, following up with prospects, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery. The role also involves achieving sales targets, preparing basic sales reports, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and supporting showroom or client visits as needed.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in direct sales, customer relationship management, and lead follow-up in a product or retail environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively explain product features and close sales.
- Basic proficiency in using computers, CRM tools, and office applications to manage inquiries and maintain sales records.
- Understanding of furniture products, materials, and interior preferences, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Proactive, target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site setting.
- Prior experience in furniture, retail, or related industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
