Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will identify and engage prospective clients, present Montdor Interior's design and turnkey solutions, and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, understanding project requirements, preparing and presenting proposals, and following up on inquiries to convert leads into confirmed projects. The role involves coordinating with the design and project teams to ensure accurate information is shared with clients and timelines are clearly communicated. The Sales Executive will maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare regular reports, and contribute to local marketing and networking initiatives to grow the firm's presence in Mumbai.

Qualifications

  • Strong client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to present design and construction solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven sales and negotiation abilities, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals in services or real estate/interior-related sectors.
  • Basic understanding of interior design, architecture, or construction concepts to interpret client requirements and coordinate with technical teams effectively.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation, proposals, and follow-up activities.
  • Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software for managing leads, tracking performance, and preparing client-facing materials.
  • Ability to work on-site, meet clients in person, and travel locally within Gandhinagar and nearby areas as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Relevant sales experience in interiors, construction, or real estate is highly beneficial.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven approach, with a collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering a high-quality client experience.
