Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Alibag. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth through online and offline sales channels. The role includes achieving monthly sales targets, generating new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, handling franchise enquiries, increasing online sales, and ensuring excellent retail store performance. The candidate will work closely with the marketing, operations, and customer support teams to maximize revenue and expand the company's market presence. This role also requires field work to meet the retail stores and take the orders.
Qualification
- Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships, with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Solid understanding of retail business
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly
- Open to travel for taking orders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
