Role Overview
We are seeking Candidates for the post of Executive / Senior Executive / Manager / Senior Manager in the Sourcing/Closing Department of Sales in the Real Estate Industry with 1-8 years of experience in residential/ commercial or high-value property sales. The role focuses on managing client visits, conducting project walkthroughs, negotiating terms, and closing deals efficiently. The Candidate will also coordinate post-sales processes including documentation, payments, compliance, incentive releases, and referrals, ensuring a smooth client journey and maximum revenue conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement Deal Closure
- Greet and host prospective clients at project sites, providing a premium experience.
- Conduct detailed walkthroughs of the project, including amenities, common areas, and sample units.
- Present property value propositions tailored to client requirements.
- Handle client queries regarding pricing, payment schedules, specifications, and legalities.
- Address objections confidently and guide clients toward decision-making.
- Negotiate terms and ensure seamless closure while maintaining client satisfaction.
Post-Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with Accounts Compliance CRM Post-Sales teams to ensure smooth handover.
- Track incentive releases and settlements in coordination with internal teams.
- Maintain detailed records of client visits, feedback, and deal status in CRM.
- Follow up post-visit to maximize closure rates and document final client decisions.
Channel Partner Sourcing – Network Development
- Identify, onboard, and activate Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, and intermediaries to build a strong sourcing network.
- Expand and strengthen the CP network across key micro-markets.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads through Channel Partners for the Sales Closing team.
- Track and improve partner productivity, activation, and contribution to business.
Channel Partner Engagement – Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with Channel Partners to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct regular meetings, site visits, and engagement activities to maintain high partner mindshare.
- Ensure partners are aligned with project positioning, pricing, and inventory updates.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner communication and support.
Referrals – Relationship Management
- Manage client referrals and nurture high-value client relationships to generate repeat business.
- Maintain a portfolio of clients and investors for recurring opportunities.
Collaboration – Reporting
- Work closely with Sales – Marketing – Post-Sales teams and senior leadership to optimize lead conversion.
- Provide regular reports on client visits, closures, and post-sales follow-ups.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent client communication – presentation – and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read client behavior and guide conversations toward closure.
- Understanding of residential real estate projects and high-value transactions.
- Knowledge of post-sales processes, documentation, and compliance procedures.
- Proficiency in CRM – lead tracking – reporting systems.
- Confident – target-driven – professional demeanor.
Experience & Qualifications
- 1–8 years of experience in real estate sales or property transactions.
- Proven ability to close deals and manage client relationships effectively.
- Exposure to post-sales processes and cross-functional coordination is a plus.
