Sales Executive – Simulator Solutions
Product Scope: Racing Simulators, Flight Simulators, Cockpits, Motion Platforms, Steering Wheels, Pedals and Accessories
Employment Type: Full-Time
Office Timings: 10:30 AM-8:00 PM, Monday-Saturday.
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales and revenue growth for the assigned category. • Identify and develop opportunities across B2B, B2C, retail, and enterprise segments.
• Build and maintain strong customer, partner, and channel relationships.
• Handle inquiries, product recommendations, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
• Coordinate with procurement, marketing, and operations teams.
• Work closely with OEMs, distributors, and brand representatives.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records in company reporting systems.
• Represent Vishal Peripherals at customer meetings, events, exhibitions, and industry engagements.
• Promote simulator solutions to enthusiasts, training centers, motorsport organizations and corporates; support demonstrations, events and simulator installations.
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Support cross-selling and upselling opportunities across Vishal Peripherals categories.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, BBA, B. Com, B.Sc, BCA, or a related field is preferred.
• 0–1 year of sales experience; freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to understand technical products and explain their benefits to customers.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and target-driven.
• Willingness to travel for meetings, events, and business development activities when required.
• Experience in retail sales, channel sales, B2B sales, or customer-facing roles will be an added advantage.
• Passion for technology and willingness to learn about new products and industry trends.
Employment Terms:
• Probation Period: 3 months from the date of joining. Confirmation of employment will be subject to satisfactory performance during the probation period.
• Notice Period: 2 months prior written notice is required in the event of resignation after confirmation of employment.
