Primary Responsibilities
- Acquire new Personal Loan customers within the identified segment.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets for customer acquisition.
- Analyze customer needs related to transaction banking and offer appropriate solutions.
- Provide regular feedback to Relationship Managers on customer needs and business opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to selling norms and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as defined by the organization.
- Maintain strict compliance with internal policies and external regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure high-quality sourcing aligned with the bank's policies.
- Supervise catchment mapping and monitor customer feedback to identify potential opportunities.
- Promote a culture of customer centricity, innovation, compliance, and integrity within the team.
- Encourage automation and digital enablement to holistically meet customer needs.
- Mentor and coach senior team members to align with organizational values.
- Attract and retain top talent to support the bank's rapid growth targets.
Education
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory) FullTime
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in BFSI
- Strong customer orientation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Knowledge of banking products and regulatory guidelines
- Leadership and team mentoring capabilities
