Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for four dynamic, target-driven Sales Managers to own end-to-end sales performance for assigned travel regions/destinations. This is a pure-play, individual revenue-ownership role combined with people leadership – you will drive your region's sales targets while also mentoring and managing a team of sellers to maximize conversion, average order value, and customer experience. This is a full-time, in-office position based out of our Jaipur headquarters. Key Responsibilities
■ Own the complete sales P&L and revenue targets for your assigned region(s)/destination category, tracking daily, weekly, and monthly performance against goals.
■ Lead, coach, and manage a team of sellers/travel consultants – setting individual targets, conducting performance reviews, and driving accountability for results.
■ Drive lead-to-conversion efficiency by monitoring funnel health, call quality, response TAT, and mishandled-enquiry (MHE) rates within your team.
■ Own pricing and package positioning decisions in coordination with the Category/Product teams to remain competitive while protecting margins.
■ Conduct regular floor monitoring, call audits, and on-the-job coaching to uplift team selling skills and customer-first behaviour.
■ Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and ensure the team maximizes average booking value across the customer journey.
■ Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align on lead quality, seasonal demand, and destination-level strategy.
■ Prepare and present regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and improvement plans to leadership.
■ Handle escalations and complex customer negotiations personally when required, setting the benchmark for service standards.
■ Participate in monthly rotational Voice of Customer (VOC) reviews as per business requirement, representing your region's customer feedback and driving corrective actions.
What We're Looking For
■ 3–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in travel, e-commerce, BPO/inside-sales, or a target-driven B2C sales environment.
■ Demonstrated experience managing or leading a team, with strong people-management and coaching capability.
■ Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
■ Strong analytical ability to read funnel/conversion data and translate it into action plans.
■ Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
■ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with rotational offs as per business needs.
■ Prior exposure to travel sales, destination knowledge, or CRM/sales-tech tools is an added advantage.
■ Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM is a plus but not mandatory.
What You Can Expect
■ A high-ownership role with direct impact on regional revenue and a clear path into senior sales leadership.
■ Fast-track growth for high performers, given the scale and pace of hiring across regions.
■ A collaborative, data-driven sales culture with strong support from category and marketing teams.
