✔Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

⭐ 5+ years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Sales Management.

✔Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

✔Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.

✔Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

✔Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

✔Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a collaborative environment.

⭐ Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.

⭐ Experience in the EdTech or SaaS industry will be a strong advantage.
