Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, networking, and social media platforms.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and qualify prospective leads to build a consistent, predictable pipeline of business.
- Client Presentations: Schedule and conduct tailored product demonstrations or pitches highlighting core product benefits.
- Deal Closure: Negotiate commercial terms, pricing agreements, and contracts in compliance with company guidelines.
- Relationship Management: Build trust-based relationships with existing clients to uncover renewal and up-selling opportunities.
- CRM Maintenance: Record all customer details, interactions, and sales activity daily inside our CRM database (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot).
