Role Overview

Looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance professional with strong expertise in FI/CO, Treasury, and Tax implementations. The candidate should have end-to-end project delivery experience, including leading FICO workstreams and managing solution design workshops. Strong knowledge of SAP Finance integration, SAP RISE, and core modules like GL, AP, AR, and AA is required. Exposure to Treasury operations, global tax systems, and stakeholder management is highly preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills are essential.

• Senior Manager-8-12 years exp.
• 8+ years of experience in SAP S4HANA Finance
• Any graduation degree, Any post-Graduation Degree, CA/ICWA

Required Experience

• End-end implementation experience in S/4 HANA projects implementation experience.
• Worked as Project Manager as a role of leading FICO, Treasury and Tax
• Experience as an individual contributor as a lead for SAP Projects for areas in FICO (like GL,AP,AR,AA), Treasury and tax
• Extensive SAP S4HANA Finance Management expert with solution design experience, preferable with accounts and finance background
• Experience of working into S4/HANA SAP RISE (Preferred)
• Strong knowledge of FICO integration with other modules of SAP
• Basic understanding of Treasury operations
• Working knowledge of any global tax management systems (like. Vertex etc.)
• Ability to lead the solutions design workshops, participate in design discussions, providing expertise on the SAP S4HANA Finance platform
• Work with the business users to understand the requirements and work with functional team to propose solutions
• Knowledge and experience in implementing SAP S/4 Group Reporting is a plus
• SAP Certification would be added advantage S/4 HANA (Trained)
• Ability to create presentation/workshop decks for Blueprint that need to be conveyed and be able to present them to stake holders
• Must be a good team player
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skill

• Hands on experience in SAP S4HANA Finance.
• Should have experience in understanding the system landscape environments.
• Should be familiar with Implementations/ Support/ Training Delivery models.
• Should have experience in working in Global team and with System Integrators.
