• Experience in customizing and configuring ServiceNow GRC modules to align with organizational policies and compliance requirements.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within ServiceNow GRC environments.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and API usage to connect ServiceNow GRC with other enterprise systems.
