Role Description The Senior Business Development Executive will lead business growth initiatives for ASC Group, focusing on identifying, developing, and closing new opportunities in consulting and advisory services. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves managing the entire business development cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal creation and contract negotiation. The role includes building and maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating with service teams to design customized solutions, and achieving set revenue and growth targets. The Senior Business Development Executive will conduct market research, track industry trends, represent the firm at client meetings and events, and maintain accurate reports and forecasts in CRM and other business tools. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to optimize offerings, improve client experience, and support strategic initiatives is a key part of the role.
Qualifications

  • Proven business development and sales skills in professional services or consulting, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and closing deals.
  • Strong client relationship management and account management capabilities, with experience handling mid-sized and large corporate clients.
  • Ability to conduct market and industry research, analyze trends, and develop strategic growth plans for targeted sectors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to design tailored service solutions and proposals.
  • Comfort with CRM and productivity tools, along with strong organizational and reporting skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in consulting, advisory, financial services, or related professional services, preferably in a business development or sales leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet revenue targets, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
