Senior Business Development Executive — US Market (Night Shift, Visakhapatnam)
Blueplanit provides back-office support to independent insurance agencies across the US. We're growing fast, and we're looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to drive our next phase of growth in the US market.
If you're confident on the phone, think fast on your feet, and turn objections into opportunities — we'd like to talk.
What you'll do
- Run outbound calls and consultative conversations with US prospects
- Handle objections with confidence and keep deals moving forward
- Build and manage a strong pipeline across calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify leads and move them from first touch to hand-off
- Work with leadership to sharpen messaging and targeting
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in B2B business development or sales (US-focused preferred) — B2B experience is required
- Excellent spoken and written English with sharp, persuasive communication
- Strong cold-calling and objection-handling ability
- Hands-on experience with CRM-driven prospecting
- Comfortable working US hours (night shift, IST)
