Role Description The Senior Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for driving growth and expanding the company's client base. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing and nurturing leads, and building long-term relationships with clients across multiple industries. The executive will conduct market research, prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts to close deals aligned with company objectives. Daily tasks include collaborating with internal design and marketing teams to tailor solutions, managing key accounts, tracking sales performance, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The role also includes representing Eunoia Designtech at meetings, events, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence and generate new business.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong Business acumen, including understanding of design, branding, and digital marketing services and how they create value for clients.
- Excellent Communication skills, including persuasive presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Solid Account Management skills, with experience in maintaining long-term client relationships and ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Experience in agency, consulting, or professional services environments, preferably in design, marketing, or technology sectors.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple opportunities, and use CRM and productivity tools effectively.
- Comfort with on-site client interactions in Ahmedabad and willingness to travel locally as needed.
