Job Position:

- Role: Senior Campaign Manager

- Experience: Minimum 4-10 years of work experience

- Location: Chennai (Work From Office) ( Immediate Joiners Only !! )

Skills Required:

Expertise in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads; proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEMrush; knowledge of SEO, SEM, and CRO strategies; experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization; and strong analytical and communication skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of experience in Digital marketing with a proven track record of driving user acquisition growth and sales in a digital marketing agency.

- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including but not limited to paid search, display advertising, social media, and email marketing.

- Expertise in A/B testing, bid optimization, audience targeting, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for campaign optimization.

- Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, SEO and other performance marketing tools.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

- Collaborative approach, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for client interactions.

- Extensive experience with client management, understanding their business objectives, and delivering measurable results.

- Results-driven with a focus on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

Role and Responsibility:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for clients, aligning with their business objectives.

- Lead and manage digital campaigns across various channels, optimizing for maximum performance and ROI.

- Manage the strategy and execution for digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including SMM, SEO, mobile, and paid social to reach weekly lead targets by geography.

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

- Communicate directly with clients to understand their goals, present marketing strategies, and provide regular updates on campaign performance.

- Analyse data to derive actionable insights and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation across different marketing channels.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.

- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

- Attend client meetings and presentations as the subject matter expert in performance marketing.

- Contribute to the development of case studies and success stories for client portfolio.
