We're looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Sales Executive who can convert high-quality Vietnam leads into confirmed Vietnam tour bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound travel leads from Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp, and website inquiries.

Consult customers and recommend the best Vietnam holiday packages.

Understand customer requirements and customize itineraries.

Share quotations and explain package inclusions confidently.

Follow up consistently until booking confirmation.

Close sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.

Coordinate with the operations team after booking confirmation.

Maintain accurate lead updates in CRM.

Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

Required Experience

1 -2 + years of experience in travel sales.

Experience selling Vietnam international tour packages is mandatory.

Strong destination knowledge

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Comfortable using CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred).

Experience handling high-value international holiday bookings.
