We're looking for someone who doesn't just post, but keeps the brand active, visible, and consistently engaging. This is a hands-on execution role focused on making sure everything goes out on time and the platform is always alive.

Key Responsibilities

Content Scheduling and Publishing

• Schedule and publish posts across platforms (reels, carousels, stories)
• Ensure consistent daily posting without gaps
• Coordinate with the team to receive content and push it live on time
  
  

Day-to-Day Platform Management

• Handle everyday activity across social media platforms
• Keep the page active with stories, reposts, and real-time updates
• Monitor overall account activity and maintain consistency
  
  

Active Engagement (Core Part of the Role)

• Respond to comments and DMs in a timely and thoughtful way
• Actively engage with relevant accounts and audiences
• Comment on other profiles strategically to increase visibility
• Build real interactions, not surface-level engagement
  
  

On-Camera Presence

• Be comfortable appearing on camera for reels, stories, and quick content
• Create simple, relatable video content when required
• Represent the brand confidently without overthinking
  
  

LinkedIn Management

• Maintain consistent posting on LinkedIn
• Engage in comments and conversations on the platform
• Adapt tone to suit LinkedIn while keeping it human and relatable
  
  

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn as platforms
• High level of consistency and discipline in execution
• Confidence in front of the camera
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Someone who takes initiative and doesn't wait for constant instructions
• Awareness of trends, but not dependent on them
