Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. In this position, the individual will plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others, ensuring alignment with overall brand and marketing strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and scheduling content, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring social media performance, and reporting on key metrics. The role involves collaborating with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to develop integrated content calendars, respond to audience interactions, and support client presentations with insights and recommendations.

- Candidates should possess familiarity with analytics tools, reporting, and basic performance measurement for social media channels.
- Relevant qualifications include prior experience managing social media for brands or agencies, understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
