Amazon Shipping India is building a disruptive B2C logistics product with the vision of redefining shipping for its customers. The goal is to develop easy-to-use, reliable and transparent services that beat all existing shipping alternatives for our customers. To help us succeed in this large endeavour, we are looking for dynamic, self-starting and entrepreneurial individual who will organize, execute and deliver key features for Amazon Shipping. You will work closely with internal stakeholders including Fulfillment & Sort Centers, S&OP, Finance, Legal, Product & Technology, external stakeholders like shippers etc. Your role will involve introducing new products, building and managing key metrics, lead continuous improvement initiatives and network change management.
Key job responsibilities
Individual will make business case, process design and rally stakeholders across customers, Business, Operations, Sales and Tech teams around the same. Should expect a fast paced, highly iterative environment where one will have to exercise sound judgment in solving novel problems with limited direction.

Amazon Freight is an entrepreneurial business where we externalise Amazon line haul services to cater to vendor inbound volumes in our FCs and off-Amazon volume within shipper warehouses in India. We aim to scale to become a trusted, innovative and established line haul service partner in India, built on Amazon's world-class logistics network, delivery experience and customer service. We partner with retailers of all sizes to simplify their operations, lower their cost, and unlock more sales.

Key job responsibilities
- Define, design, launch and manage new products and programs for improving experience and increasing revenue
- Gather requirements and conceptualise solutions to solve business/customer problem and work with key stakeholders across various functions to define and launch the product/program.
- Monitor key program metrics and work with stakeholder teams to drive necessary actions. Manage Daily/weekly performance, build mechanisms to detect and drive down defects and work on continuous improvements.
- Launch and expand the program as per the business requirements and build/own long term planning, program and product roadmap.
- Own industry benchmarking, do customer studies and work with sales team to understand the requirements of our prospective customers and work on building these capabilities.

Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of sales experience
- 8+ years of digital sales, account management, business development, or partner management experience
- Experience and understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India and exposure to prior interactions with sellers and distributors
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience managing and growing complex business relationship at scale
- Experience personally closing large complex deals end-to-end
- Experience developing and executing sales strategies, tactics, plans, processes, systems and programs
