Job Overview
The Senior Manager – Global SC Business Process & Digital Transformation is responsible for leading transformation of end-to-end business processes across Supply Chain function and linkages with overall global operations.
This role owns the design, governance, and execution of large-scale process transformation initiatives, ensuring processes are standardized, scalable, digitally enabled, and aligned to business strategy.
The role reports to Director, Global SC Transformation and is responsible for shaping operating models, driving automation and analytics adoption, and delivering measurable business impact across regions and business units.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Process Strategy & Design
- Own the end-to-end process transformation strategy for SC domains
- Define and deploy future-state (To-Be) operating models and process aligned with business growth and complexity.
- Lead BU-wide process standardization and harmonization initiatives across regions.
- Apply advanced Lean, Six Sigma, and value-stream transformation methodologies.
- Transformation Program Leadership
- Lead large, multi-year transformation programs with cross-functional scope.
- Translate business strategy into roadmaps, investment cases, and execution plans.
- Own benefit realization, including cost, productivity, service, and quality outcomes.
- Govern pilots, phased rollouts, and enterprise deployment decisions.
- Digital, Automation & Advanced Analytics Enablement
- Define the roadmap for automation, AI, RPA, and advanced analytics within business processes.
- Partner with IT, Digital, and Data teams to implement scalable solutions.
- Approve automation design principles, exception handling, and governance models.
- Ensure digital initiatives deliver sustainable business value, not just technical automation.
- Governance, Standards & Controls
- Establish enterprise governance models, including process ownership, RACI, and escalation frameworks.
- Define global process standards, policies, and playbooks.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory expectations.
- Own executive-level KPI frameworks and performance dashboards.
- Stakeholder Leadership & Influence
- Act as a trusted advisor to SC heads, and team.
- Influence decision-making across Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, IT, and Commercial teams.
- Lead executive workshops, design reviews, and steering committees.
- Manage external consultants and strategic partners as required.
- Capability Building & Talent Development
- Train & Coach high-performing transformation teams.
- Define capability and skill requirements for process excellence roles.
- Support succession planning and talent development within transformation functions.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred
- 12–18+ years of experience in process transformation, operations leadership, or management consulting
- Proven track record leading enterprise-scale transformation programs
- Deep experience with digital transformation, automation, and analytics
- Strong exposure to ERP and planning systems (SAP preferred)
- Business process operating-model design
- Process architecture and governance
- Lean / Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred)
- Digital transformation and AI enablement
- Business case development and benefit tracking
