Role Description The Start-up Lead Generation Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business leads for MkLak Global and its ShredPack brand, focusing on potential customers in packaging, waste management, and sustainability-related industries. Day-to-day tasks include researching target markets, compiling prospect lists, conducting outreach via phone, email, and digital channels, and coordinating with the sales team to schedule meetings and product demonstrations. The specialist will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, track lead conversion performance, and refine lead generation strategies based on data and feedback. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams is essential to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality leads and support the company's growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong lead generation capabilities, including experience identifying New Leads and managing Lead Generation activities.
  • Effective Communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects clearly and professionally across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Basic to intermediate Sales skills, with an understanding of B2B sales processes and qualification criteria.
  • Solid Research skills for market analysis, prospect identification, and competitor insights.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online prospecting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, industry directories).
  • Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, manage time effectively, and handle multiple lead generation campaigns simultaneously.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, packaging, or industrial equipment sales is an advantage.
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
