Job Description

Overview -

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and interview coordination across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
  • Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and applicant records.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and regular follow-ups.
  • Prepare and roll out offer letters, coordinate documentation, and support onboarding activities.
  • Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, recruitment drives, and employee engagement activities whenever required.

Required Skills -

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong screening and interviewing abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications-

  • MBA (HR), PGDM (HR), or Bachelor's degree with relevant recruitment experience.
  • Experience hiring for IT, Digital Marketing, Creative, Sales, or Corporate roles will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, or similar sourcing platforms is preferred.
