Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist Fresher at Globelance. The role involves supporting end-to-end recruitment activities on the platform, including sourcing candidates from various channels, screening profiles against job requirements, and coordinating assessments or interviews with clients and internal teams. The Talent Acquisition Specialist Fresher will assist in maintaining accurate candidate records, updating job postings, and ensuring timely communication with applicants. The role also includes collaborating with senior recruiters and account managers, learning best practices in talent acquisition, and contributing to a positive candidate experience across global markets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders professionally.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes, talent sourcing, and interview coordination (internships or academic projects in HR are a plus).
• Proficiency in using digital tools, online job platforms, and office productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, video conferencing).
• Ability to work remotely with good time management, organization, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in global talent markets, freelancing ecosystems, and HR or talent acquisition as a career path.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience also considered.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback constructively, and adapt to new processes and technologies.
