Job Description
Responsibility
- Provide timely product knowledge and technical support to the CX Team and Sales.
- Create Bills of Materials (BOMs) for incoming orders and offers according to established processes.
- Ensure correct use of the T‑Order process where applicable.
- Coordinate inputs for Engineering where product adaptations are required.
- Support local claims management within the regional hub.
- Receive, analyze, and process BOM clarifications for HVAC/MVAC orders.
- Deliver technical responses and solutions related to HVAC/MVAC inquiries.
- Support product configuration activities and contribute to continuous improvement of configuration tools.
- Handle complex technical questions not covered by existing tools.
- Provide technical support during tender and offer phases.
- Support claims related to BOM discrepancies, product failures, or installation issues.
Expectation from the applicants:
Education/Other mandatory courses
- Electrical or Mechanical engineer
- Relevant experience or courses from HV cable or HV cable accessories business area are beneficial
Experience
- Minimum 6 years technical experience from engineering, technical sales or similar.
- Experience from working in teams and project environments
Experience in cable/accessory design or costing or product management is preferring to have.
Languages
- English (required)
