Job Description

Responsibility

  • Provide timely product knowledge and technical support to the CX Team and Sales.
  • Create Bills of Materials (BOMs) for incoming orders and offers according to established processes.
  • Ensure correct use of the T‑Order process where applicable.
  • Coordinate inputs for Engineering where product adaptations are required.
  • Support local claims management within the regional hub.
  • Receive, analyze, and process BOM clarifications for HVAC/MVAC orders.
  • Deliver technical responses and solutions related to HVAC/MVAC inquiries.
  • Support product configuration activities and contribute to continuous improvement of configuration tools.
  • Handle complex technical questions not covered by existing tools.
  • Provide technical support during tender and offer phases.
  • Support claims related to BOM discrepancies, product failures, or installation issues.

Expectation from the applicants:

Education/Other mandatory courses

  • Electrical or Mechanical engineer
  • Relevant experience or courses from HV cable or HV cable accessories business area are beneficial

Experience

  • Minimum 6 years technical experience from engineering, technical sales or similar.
  • Experience from working in teams and project environments

Experience in cable/accessory design or costing or product management is preferring to have.

Languages

  • English (required)
  • Swedish (meritorious)
  • German (meritorious)
