Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align technology strategies.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM WebSphere MQ.
- Strong knowledge of message queuing concepts and middleware integration.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance messaging solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize message flow and system performance.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and technology standards.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement complex solutions.
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in IBM WebSphere MQ.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
