Role Description The Tendering Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. This role involves managing the complete tender process, including identifying relevant tenders, reviewing requirements, coordinating documentation, and ensuring timely submission. The Tendering Specialist prepares commercial and technical proposals, collaborates with internal teams such as sales, finance, and engineering, and maintains tender records and trackers. Daily activities include analyzing tender documents, clarifying specifications with stakeholders, supporting procurement-related queries, and following up on tender results. The role also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and contributing to process improvements in tender management.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Tender Management and Procurement to handle end-to-end tender processes and vendor interactions.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to review tender documents, compare commercial terms, and assess risks and opportunities.
- Candidates should possess Communication and Proposal Writing skills to prepare clear submissions and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in tendering, contracts, or sales support in engineering, medical equipment, or related industries is beneficial.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, business, commerce, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation tools.
- Ability to work systematically, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records, with attention to detail and integrity in handling commercial information.
