UI / UX Design Intern

Work Location - Noida or Bangalore

Duration - 6 Months

Role in Brief

We are building a regulated digital lending business (RBI-registered NBFC) from the ground up, and we are looking for a UI/UX Design Intern to help shape it. Working directly with the founding team, you will get end-to-end exposure across the business while taking complete ownership of our product's visual identity and user journeys. From day one, you will be an integral team member designing interfaces that build trust, simplify complex financial data, and directly impact our users.

What You'll Do

* Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

* Help improve usability and user journeys.

* Support design system and UI consistency efforts.

* Collaborate with Designers, PMs, and Developers.

* Learn modern UX workflows, including AI-assisted design.

What We're Looking For

• Visual Thinking & Polish: An exceptional eye for modern UI patterns, alignment, and clean digital product layouts.
• Core Figma Skills: Strong familiarity with Figma, including auto-layout, components, and prototyping.
• Logical Problem Solving: Ability to explain your design process, map out clear user flows, and simplify dense information.
• Mindset: Highly curious, detail-oriented, and excited to build a business from scratch.
• Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, HCI, UX, or related fields preferred.
• Fintech Advantage: Knowledge of or exposure to the Fintech/lending ecosystem is an added advantage.
